Casey Reward points missing?

Today I noticed I was missing about 1,000 points from yesterday. I wasn't sure if I was hacked, or the points expired. I went to the transactions history on the app and don't see anything. The points just seemed to disappear.

Anyone had this happen before?

I had some weird **** happen with the app about 6 months ago. All of a sudden I had (negative) 60 pizzas in my count of how many until I got my free one.

Finally a couple weeks later it was cleared out and I had none. I do think it deleted the ones I should have had to my credit.

I had alot more than 1,000 disappear once. I had proof of where my points were at and Casey's reimburse my points back.

We found this out the hard way when my wife redeemed all our points at once, but only needed about half of them for a pizza order. 30 days later and *poof*

That's where my points went that one time. One of these times I'll have to clear them out and use them up.

They were points I had accumulated. I hadn’t redeemed any. Been trying to build up to order a few pizzas

I can’t find any proof of mine. They literally just disappeared this morning and was left with only 115
