Wasn’t sure where to put this but this is funny. Carter is a bit delusional and trying too hard to be Connor McGregor. In one sentence he is degrading JB’s accomplishments of winning another world title and his brags up his soon to be 5x NCAA championships. Uses air quotes to give JB the GOAT status. Then makes NCAAs sound like it’s not important and he’s not going to try for 5. Very contradicting interview
Lol, He was all over the place there.

Should be his weight to lose I'd think, wouldn't mind seeing Yianni bumping up for that dual
Scott and Teemer both beat him last year. The weight is definitely still up in the air in my opinion. Lee, Lewan, Robb, O’Connor, Andonian, Franek, Humphreys. Lots of toss up matches at this weight.

Never viewed Quincy as much of a threat at 165, and he definitely has a better shot at 157 than he did at 165. Still think the 4 main title contenders at 165 are O'Toole, Griffith, Carr, and Hamiti. The next tier would be Cam Amine, Carson Kharchla, and maybe PK from Iowa

Don’t think Hamiti deserves to be in that group. He’s a tough out, but haven’t seen title contender from him.

That's Fair. Hamiti is probably in a tier with Amine and Kharchla, I just think he has the potential to be a title contender where I don't necessarily see that with Amine and Kharchla.

I have his round starting at 3:30 am on 10/22. If he makes the semis, that round starts at 9:45 on 10/22.

Repechage and medal rounds for his weight start at 9am on 10/23.

Believe it’s all on Flowrestling.
I’ll be here to talk wrestling at 330am guys.

I’m honestly shocked Hamiti isn’t at 74. He’s just so tall for the weight. I would have loved to see him there as I think he would have given Starocci everything he could handle.

Carr is on day 1 and has a bye first round. Sounds like it starts at 3:30am
Saturday early morning, so David might not have his first match until 5am give or take a little bit.
