Help: Can't post videos at all or images without thumbnails

I used to be able to post videos using the film icon, but now all that shows up is the link to the video, like this:

[video]https://youtu.be/46AB0CZ2KAs[/video]

and can't seem to post images and gifs either as I used to be able to, without that superfluous icon underneath. Can't resize the photos anymore, either. See?

Using Windows 8.1 on an HP (yeah, I know, HorsePoop) under Firefox 38.0.1 and Norton safe search.

Using the WYSIWYG editor here on CF.

Any help? Not looking to change devices any time soon.

Okay, figured the video problem out myself...um...with the help of the Vbulletin forum.

When posting a YouTube video, one must remove the "s" from the https in the URL. Then the YouTube video will post.

Thanks, Obama! Now we need to work on the thumbnail problem...
