The Mississippi is down a hill out our backyard. Normally, it would take a well struck driver to maybe make the river.

This year the river has been an 8 iron away since early March. The gnats are about 2,000 per cubic yard of air. Try hitting a shot with 50+ swarming your face. I may need a blood transfusion.

Nine holes tonight we're as miserable as I have ever experienced. The mosquito onslaught will be much more bearable.

How well does it work against gnats?

Dettol is the solution for gnats, I work outside often on farms and gnats are awful. Put on Dettol and they literally avoid you. It's an antiseptic that is prime eligible on amazon.

So I’m around working in the garage quite a bit with the door open and am wondering if anyone has any recommendations on mosquito and other bug control for an extended period of time. Something that can be set out that actually works. I hate having to shut the door just to keep them out.

It’d be nice to have something for the deck as well.

A fan blowing out the door in the garage. A fan on the deck. CO2 brings them in. Dispurse or move about.
