NFL: Bucs fire Gruden

Cowher? Shanahan? I just don't understand what took them so long. If you were going to fire him, why wait until now?
I hope the Bears tank it next year so Lovie can get fired. Gruden, Shannahan and Cowher could all be available.
Herm the Germ has to be gone. Too much good options are out there for KC....

7 seasons at Tampa Bay, I wonder what the motive was. I know the last 4 games were not good at all, but I didn't think it was grounds for dismissal.
I never liked that argument about Gruden's Super Bowl team. If you say that he didn't do anything to get the Bucs to the SB and that Dungy did all the work, then you have to use that same logic and say that Gruden did all the work to get the Raiders to the SB. Either way, he is a good coach.
The Bucs offense has pretty much been an abomination the last few years. CAN NOT score for **** in the red zone. Pretty much the same red zone woes the clones have had.
As a Bucs fan, i was growing incredibly tired of it year after year. Offensive genius my ***. Hes offensive alright.
A lot of coaches could have taken that team to the Super Bowl with that defense.
