CFN has it's early bowl predictions out.

They are projecting Florida and Penn St. in the national title game.
Iowa vs. Nebraska in the Insight bowl.
Missouri and Oregon st. in the Sun Bowl.
Minnesota and Kansas in the Alamo Bowl
Kansas St and Louisville in the Independence bowl (not sure what they are sniffing?)

See them all here.

Oh God, Iowa vs. Nebraska. I hope that doesn't happen so I can root against each.

I would kindof like to see it since Iowa and Nebraska hate each other, however, your right- I don't know who I would root for. I guess I would just hope for a really sloppy game with lots of penalties and turnovers.

I'm picking Oklahoma vs Penn State, and OU destroys them. I'm not sure if Bama can get out of the SEC unscathed.

First off, I would question whoever is making this selections for the BCS Bowl games. Secondly, I'm not interested in see OU & Boise St. playing against each other again this year.

No Texas Tech in the BCS...interesting.

With Okie State and then Oklahoma the next two weeks, Tech certainly has their hands full.

If they lose to Okie State, they'll lose to Oklahoma.

If the can beat Okie State, they have a shot to win both.

Iowa as the 6th best team in the big 10? I don't think it will happen. Oh wait, it's the 6th pick out of the big 10, not necessarily the 6th best team.

I think Iowa will beat Purdue, but lose their other 2 games leaving them at 6-6. Isn't the rule that every 7-5 team has to have been selected for a bowl game before a 6-6 team can be selected. I personally Iowa will be spending the bowl season celebrating the holidays with Iowa State...at home.

It's too bad the person who made these predictions didn't attach a small write-up to support them.

I dunno about that. The last time the played it was the best game I've ever seen of football.

I really, really hope that Penn St. doesn't run the table. At least it is not Ohio St, but does anyone really want to see another Big10 school get destroyed in the title game?

I also don't think that it is fair to the Big12, who has far better teams and a tougher schedule, that Penn St can run the table with a joke of a schedule and get into a the national title game while teams like Texas get shut out because the Big12 south is so strong.

I believe that four teams from the south would beat JoePa and the Lions. How did the Lil 'Leven get so bad, so fast (since tOSU won it all w/ Clarrett)???

They were never that good to begin with, methinks. Lots of media hype, but little substance to back it up.

The Big12 north actually had more big12 wins then the Big12 south last year, this year Baylor almost upset the best team in the north. I don't understand how the north became so good last year and so bad this year.

There is differently an advantage to south teams right now for some reason. Are there no good football players in the north, is it because of population differences, or does everyone want to go to warmer climates?

Bring on Nebraska! I hate the Huskers almost as much as the Clones, and a little more than Notre Dame.
