Iowa was the 68th best team in the country last year so it's no surprise they're all of a sudden in the top 20

You almost had me there but we could learn from the Hoks previous season that they were probably more like 72nd or 80th best team last year. Need to consider at least the finalists of the NIT and CBI ahead of them since they played in a championship game.

Iowa was considered a Final Four contender at one time, until their team fell apart. Now with their key players gone, I guess that's all you need to be in the top 25. (This is why most people criticize anyone who posts Bleacher Report links.)

I think you mean First Four.

Their chances of going to the FF were about the same as my chances with Kate Upton.

Exact order aside, some of it seems within range of how some high-level preseason rankings (AP/Coaches) might look.

Some. UConn, Michigan State, San Diego State won't be that low.

Nebraska 17th? That'd be a setup for "underachievement."

At the beginning of the season there were pundits saying Final Four. Although, I definitely agree about their actual chances.

Wichita is overrated as well.

I'd still put them top 15-20...they return some talent. Problem is they'll go something like 29-2 and we'll never know how good they are.
