I think that is an excellent post JCloned. When it comes to be draft evaluation time, we'll start hearing about a bunch of mostly ridiculous stuff like how "long" Rudy Gay is. Rudy Gay will be a bigger NBA flameout than anybody in this draft, mark my words.

Will also has those physical tools that NBA teams really like. He's going to get a shot based on that an his passing ability. I would be willing to bet that he'll be drafted.

I think now that Will has an agent and total devotion to the draft, he will likely end up gonig in the early stages of the second round. He can sell himself pretty well in the tryouts and I think having an agent gives him the attention he will need. I think he would have been higher next year but there are many unknowns and Will made his own choice. You have to respect his decision and it may end up being a better one as time goes on.

Looked like will had a 36 inch vertical when he dunked. Was his vertical even higher? And he does have long arms.

I have never hlated on any incoming recruits. Have I said they are not as acclaimed as the giuys we lost? yes. Have I said that spring recruits rarely work out? yes. These are facts, I tend to lean toward liking most of the incoming guys if they are to reach thier potential. Do I think they can currently compete in the big 12? no. This is a patchwork team, hopefully ment to keep us a float until mcd gets a chance to get "his guys"in.Many people bash the guys when they leave wit hthe good riddance posts. It happened with taggs, degand, wb, sc, fizer, etc. That in my opinion is disgusting. They choose to come here for whatever period of time and help us win. I dont hear anyone hating on the recent graduates for leaving.

A quick check of the free Ford draft ratings showed Curtis rated #6 point guard overall (right behind Daniel Gibson) and Will rated #8 point guard overall. Curtis outweighed Will by 5 pounds at 205. Not sure aboput vertical and speed though. Have to be an Insider.

Connecticut had 6 entries into the draft sweepstakes. And there were only 5 players available weighing more than 245. And Baptista of Gonzaga was the oldest at 24.
