Just want to put my vote in the "the ticket prices are keeping me away" crowd. I have gone to a lot of the UNI and Drake road games in the past and always hated paying their horribly inflated prices of around $30. When I saw the prices they were demanding for this atrocity I said no way in heck.

Exactly where I'm at. I like the idea of the event, but it is way overpriced, IMO.

Don't get me wrong, it costs higher than I'd like, but does anybody have updated ticket numbers?

Thought I heard they don't have all that many left, which would mean the price is just about right for the demand...

4 fanbases to ripoff makes it easier.

Tickets are as low as $25.00. I do not want to see this building full of freakin' tavern hawks. There is no reason for ISU fans to roll over like this is football in 1980s and ORF is coaching.

$25 seats at the top, and if you ever been in those seats, they absolutely suck.

I'm not paying the ridiculous price to sit in the lower level so I will be in the nose bleed section.

Tickets are $85+ for lower level seats with all of the BS fees. I can't imagine paying $43 per game so I'm guessing many of the 3,000 available seats are in the lower level. WAY too expensive for lower level seats...

I agree the ticket prices need to be revisted but the $25 tickets are in the corners but not necessarily at the top...we have $25 tickets in Row G (7th row). Still not great, but not bad for $25.

I agree. There will be fans more willing to watch the other team play out of curiosity. I'm surprised that tickets are going as well as they are. No way I'd buy a ticket to this thing even if it was across the street. I'm not paying for two games with only interest for one.

Here Here Young Man..........U mean to tell me you dont want to pay for seeing the squawkettes play thee uni kitty kats???

GOOD FOR YOU I WOULDNT EITHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Aren't the $25 tickets in the 300 level on the north side of the arena? Those seats suck.

Does anyone know if we can leave and come back in? Say, if I decided I didn't want to watch the end of the Iowa - UNI game. Could I leave, go to a bar, come back for the start of the ISU - Drake game?

Anybody know what bars in DM will be able to show the game(aka have Mediacom)?

Spare the 'just go to the game' comments. I go to every home game. I don't need to pay extra to see Drake.

I want to say Wellman's on Ingersoll has shown ISU football games on mediacom before.

Also The Keg Stand in West Des Moines (CF contributor) has had mediacom games in the past.

Assuming you want to be around when people roll out of the arena and hit the bars, I'd check out somewhere downtown like Legends, Johnny's Hall of Fame or Buzzard Billy's. Might want to call ahead to be sure.
