Tongue-in-cheek. The author is obviously not actually proposing that teams actually do this. Just showing what it would be like if they did. I do like the proposal for ISU. The Baylor one is pretty appropriate as well. Someone doesn't like Baylor.

When I was a kid, Alabama AND Auburn played multiple home games in Birmingham and Ole Miss AND Miss. State played multiple home games in Jackson. Sometimes, there would be double headers. It was cool.
