Agreed. I'm fine with the occasional TNT game, but I don't want to add yet another streaming service to catch those games.
TNT is likely to be a much better platform for the Big 12 than CBSSN
I didn't see a thread yet but this is pretty big news for the Big 12 (surprisingly involved) in the TNT-NBA settlement. It looks like ESPN will be sublicensing Big 12 games to TNT due to the settlement with the NBA.
I am assuming it has something to do with ESPN owning all SEC (and investing heavily) and owning all ACC. It is easier for them to sublicense the little bit of Big 12 they still own.
TBS was very involved in the Big 12 in the early 2000s so I don't think this is a bad thing for the Big 12. I don't think the Big 12 will get any less news coverage than they are already currently on ESPN (almost nothing).
And honestly, the Big 12 could use an advocate in the media. I know Fox tries to an extent, but they have divided interests... and don't get me started with ESPN.
Can we negotiate for Barkley to not retire and do our pregame and postgame?

I just noticed a big 12 channel on my directv guide here in WI, not sure if it's a temporary or permanent thing.
I’m hoping the opposite and I can get rid of the ESPN+ subscription. But I’m sure that’s not how it’s going to work.
