Crappy part of buying through Sprint Center is having to pay the service charge. I used to buy tix from other schools (before it got really tight with their big 12 tix allotment) and didnt have to pay those outrageous fees!

Yeah, the "$330" seats were $370 after taxes and fees.

First time buying this way and didn't realize there was a waiting room. Thought the link was active at 10 AM. I went online at 10:01 and got a place in line but, now realize that I had 20-25 minutes of people ahead of me. Wish I would have known how the process works

Yeah. That wasn't clear. I just started clicking around and found the waiting room.

Yeah when they send out the codes they should say "you can now click the ink and proceed to the waiting room" It is what it is and I'm stuck for this year but, you can be sure that mistake won't be made again!!

My guess is they will release more tickets tomorrow to general public. If you need tix, you should definitely try and make sure to get in on "waiting room" starting at 9:30.

Try going to the waiting room on your phone. I was in on my computer and stuck in the waiting room. Then I accessed it on my phone and got 2 tickets pretty quick.

My phone was able to get in right away. A browser on my desktop is still waiting in line, ha.

That waiting room is a bunch of ****, I opened a diff browser and got right in. While the one I had been waiting in since it opened is still in line....
