Not easy or me to choose (chews?) only one for a poll, my ranking from among that list:
1. 3 Musketeers
2. Nestle Crunch/Krackel
3. Reese’s
4. Hershey (no almonds) --- preferably refrigerated, so the perforations snap.
5. Milky Way

Butterfinger was my dad’s favorite. (He liked Bit-O-Honey, too).

Is anyone into a Time Out bar or UK chocolate bars in general? The UK has laws concerning milk chocolate pertaining to a minimum amount of pure milk chocolate being required to label as such. I think that also use alternatives to high fructose corn syrup that affects the flavor. This turns something like a regular Kit Kat into a game changer.

Some serious winners:

Drifter
Lion Bar
Violet Crumble/Crunchie
Time Out
British Kit Kat

I didn’t realize there were laws around chocolate in the UK but it makes sense. Every time I travel to the UK even the free chocolate in my hotel room is some of the best chocolate I’ve ever had. The candy in the UK is generally basic compared to US options but it is fantastic.

I went to Ireland last summer. The Kit Kats and Doritos were amazing.
Ok, consider my interest piqued. What's the difference there and here?

I like the Carmel Candy bars kids sell for fund raising events.

That WFC brand that sells the fundraising candy bars? Their faux Crunch bars are amazing.

See my post above about the chocolate, can't answer about the Doritos though.

I am allergic to peanuts, so most of the options don't apply to me.

But, I love the nougat-y caramel-y goodness of a Milky Way. Midnight Dark variety if possible.

Also a big fan of Twix and Hershey's Cookies and Cream.

I haven't been able to try the Cookies and Cream Hershey's yet, as I'm trying to be sugar-free and low-carb. But they look muy delicioso.

This list needs to have Baby Ruth, who even eats Mr. Goodbar voluntarily?!
I personally like Snickers the best, I used to like Twix but I think they changed something with their formula within the past few years, and now they aren't as good.
Hershey's Cookie and Cream bars are very underrated, along with Butterfinger Cups.
I also think Zero bars and the Oreo candy bars are sneaky good.
Anything dark chocolate is trash.

They definitely aren't a new thing...I remember once in a while getting them for Halloween when I was a kid. They've been in full size for as long as I've been a responsible chocolate-buying adult as well.

But they are SO good.

How odd. I really thought they were a new thing. :(

Now that I am diabetic, I really can't have anything. :( But I voted for Milky Way. I am starting to drool now, so I have to leave.

This poll is meaningless, because the correct answer changes daily with moods. My top five options from these likely are:

- Twix
- Kit Kat
- Butterfinger
- Snickers
- Hersheys

But those are pretty equal opportunity depending on the day and craving. Maybe cravings are more a chick thing.

Anyway - 3 Musketeers and Milky Way are not satisfying enough texture-wise.
