Ive got a medium sized bee hive in our garden that I can't seem to get rid of. I've poured a variety of chemicals in the little b*stards hole to no avail. Any tips? I need help from Cyclone Nation to bring death to all things black and yellow...

If they are honeybees I would call extension and find someone to move the hive if possible since those are good. If not, burn with fire. Could probably ask extension that too. What do they look like? And what kind of nest? Comb, mud, paper

If just regular bees and not wasp/hornet and you are not allergic just let them be. But if you want to be rid of them follow CG's advice.

Where are you located? What is the hive in?

If honey bees definitely get in touch with a beekeeper... local bees are desirable and most will remove them free of charge. If the hive isn't directly accessible, it's fairly common to vacuum them out into an intermediate container to transport them to a new location. Possibly ask around in a community-based facebook group--I know I have seen some posts of this nature around Ames.
