I think the attendence was help by playing on thurs a I went along with at least 5 other hawkeye fans. We would not have went on a Sat.

that picture of the student section was at the beginning of the game, that corner got a lot more filled up about halfway through the first quarter. There were still some empty seats, but the section was more full than that for the majority of the game. The only section that was embarrassingly empty was the visitors section.
