Negative. Memphis is too athletic for Kansas. And let's just say ST made a very wise choice.

Same thing I was thinking... Memphis may be very athletic, its not like KU is lacking though!
I think you might be right.....seems like every guy on Memphis has like a 7 foot 5 wingspan too, just incredible at forcing tough shots and getting there hands in the passing lanes, loose balls, etc.
Yeah, I noticed the same thing. As I was watching, the 5 foot 7 wingspans we've been watching this year became even more painfully obvious.
Too bad there isn't some kind of easy, convenient way to bet on this game! :wink:

He did what was right for him. I think he didn't like the way GMac made him work, but that probably benifited him more than he could imagine. The Memphis workout have to be pretty tough, so at least GMac got him started in the right direction.
I recall a short period of time where a sales pitch was made by the staff to keep Shawn, but I think it was a much shorter period than the wait on Will Blalock's decision.
