I logged in today and it says I haven't purchased any packages and therefore don't have access to live or on demand events. On the very same page it says I renewed my subscription on 7/29/13. WTF?

This consistently happened to me last year. Very frustrating. Every time I would be in a hurry to watch something or log in and I would get that message. Then I would call, of course I had to wait until Monday, thing it was fixed and it would happen again. So I didn't renew this year. My email address has changed since last year but I logged in with my new account. I emailed them and they fixed it in about 5 minutes so I guess I'm good to go now.That happened to me and what I found out is that when I "renewed" I had actually resubscribed using a different email address from my original subscription. So when I logged in using email from old subscription, it said I had bought no packages. DUH! I called them to figure out problem. They were very helpful.
