What are you doing on the 10th of November. If you are not a Marine you won't know this date. It's actually the Marine Corps birthday and we usually celebrate it harder than our own birthdays. I have been told the Limy's (SP?) is the place to be. So I am taking the wife up there.

I guess a ton of Marines show up and party like rockstars there.

I was deployed to Al Asad airbase and even though we were soldiers on a marine base we got to drink 2 beers that day. I was buzzed after not having a sip of alcohol for 7 months.
