Padmapper works great. It pulls the info from Craigslist and a bunch of other rental websites and plots them all onto a google map.

Unfortunately, the rental market in Cedar Falls/Waterloo sucks hard.

Yea, it's not great. My wife and I have periodically looked for a different apartment since we moved here 3 years ago and usually come up disappointed.
