Wife - Everything
Kid - Pokemon

To name a few from the wife - Bachelor/Bachelorette, the Kardashians, some blonde haired paranormal kid for the celebs, etc.

She doesn't like my selection either. It's a running joke that every time I pick a movie it's about war, drugs or set around the 50's era.

- Hallmark Christmas movies. My wife and daughter put up with me watching a lot of college football and basketball, so I can concede the occasional chick flick, but they would go a month straight watching that crap.

- All of the baking/cooking challenge shows on Food Network. Again, I'm ok with one on occasion since some of that stuff is pretty amazing, but my daughter immediately goes there whenever she turns the tv on. It's just the same thing over and over. Also, from a social standpoint, when I see all of that food wasted, it makes me angry. I want to pound Gordon Ramsey with a meat tenderizer.

- Singing competitions. 5 minutes of content in an hour

- Award shows. The stuff the emcees have to read is cringe-worthy. And listening to people thank people that nobody knows while a band plays them off is not how I want to spend my time. There are the occasional good moments, but there is too much 'fake' for me to stomach.

My 5 year old knows how to get to Netflix and has found the Goosebumps series from the 90s. That is extremely painful to watch.

The wife recently binge watched "Schitt's Creek." Couldn't escape the over-used, cheesy synthesized theme song. I was on the edge of flying into a blind rage.

She can't stand my devotion to football & South Park. Thank god for the man cave.

Wife watches Grey's Anatomy and This Is Us and I usually make a point to head to the man cave when that is on. She used to watch the Kardashians and Real Housewives at one point too but thankfully grew old of those shows and stopped watching them a few years ago.

Kids at the moment are not on a baby shark kick but were for awhile (thank goodness!) and that was annoying! I can stand when their shows like Puppy Dog Pals, Doc McStuffins, Mickey Mouse, PJ Masks, Muppet Babies, Fancy Nancy, etc. are on but if I make a point to change the channel if I have to sit through any more than 2 in a row plus doesn't hurt to take a break from screen time too.

Wife watches This Is Us almost every week on Hulu after it airs on whatever channel it's on. Hate that show.

Prime time soap opera.

Hubby loves food shows and has recently started using Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives as his background noise show. I don't hate them entirely, but I hate that they make me crave food I can't have.

I am only allowed to watch This Is Us when he's not home.

The thing about Triple D is that its on late at night. Then I want something insane that he's eating when I should be going to bed.
