Reasons if one can identify as a different gender, or different name, why not age? Wants to avoid age discrimination....he might have a legal precedent and a case.

Oh a new business idea:

Private prison specifically for these gross, nasty, perverted, deviant teachers who take advantage of our nations youth. In my prison they will get the punishment they deserve and will be rehabilitated to want middle aged men instead of these young boys. I will see to it myself in a very hands on one on one environment (sometimes it may be one on many if they prefer to be part of a group setting) that these criminals are punished and then rehabilitated in order to become upstanding citizens upon their entry back into civilization.

It truly shows how terribly the US court system has been corrupted. A person like this is facing 20 years for harming absolutely no one while Baylor has rapists getting slaps on the wrist. Now I doubt she gets anywhere near the 20 years but if she makes the wrong judge mad it can happen.
