Congrats to Christopher Foca & the ISU Coaches! I'm looking forward to watching this staff develop these guys into contenders and NCAA Champs.

This is a superb pick up. I'm excited to see him in cardinal and gold. I can also respect his dad's decision to limit social media. I imagine the amount of unsolicited recruiting contacts that these top athletes get is ridiculous. It shows maturity (and commitment to ISU, mind you) to turn it off and get on with life.

I don't follow high school wrestling like I used to, but Foca seems to be a stud. He got 3rd in New Jersey at 160 last year, and finished behind Mekhi Lewis and Kyle Cochran, who were both seniors and high-level D1 recruits (Lewis to VT and Cochran to Maryland). Pretty impressive finish, especially since he was a sophomore coming up from 132 as a freshman.

As others have said, great start to the '19 class.
