How would ESPN handle that if this happens? No UCONN, no Stanford, Rutgers or Maryland..... The network would have no idea what to do or say

They'll find a way to make it happen.
They'd probably have to shut down the whole station. If NC loses tonight, they'll already be half-way there since Duke already lost.
