Sends the running back threw the arm sled (not sure of name) the wrong way and the back looks like he runs into a brick wall... the arms don't bend that way. Idiot.

Maybe kelly should gave demonstrated first. Btw the espn announcers couldn't stop laughing at him and called the sled alabama.

One time during HS football practice the cross country guys were running by the practice field and one of them thought it would be funny to run through the arm sled thing or whatever it is called. But he too did it the wrong way and got knocked on his ***. Pretty funny to watch.
