Offensively Lard will be the 5 and Solo will be the 4. Defensively Solo will be the 5 while lard will guard 4's.

I think it just depends on the opponent. If you play a team that has built bigs (DJ Johnson at K-State for example), I think you'll see Young at the 5. When playing the Baylors of the world who are long and athletic, I think you'll see Lard at the 5.

I hope he can be dynamic enough to play the 4 with Young at the 5. We should see quite the improvement in rebounding.

    FORWARD 6'9" 220 LBS

    CAMERON LARD

Assuming this isn't updated yet being the seniors are still on there. That would make him 6'9 and 240.

    I likeyyyyyy

He was speaking defensively. Obviously young guards johnson but he can still play the 4 offensively

    Hoping for this:
    Wigginton
    Moss
    Lewis
    Thompson
    Young
W/ McNeill & Lard off the bench plus a combo forward w/ range.

Our best lineup next year could be two true freshman, a redshirt freshman, a sophomore, and a senior (with Shayok waiting in the wings to replace him).

2018-2019 is looking up even if next year means some growing pains.

I think he probably showed up at a lot less than 220. I think he may have been less than 200. When I was that age and playing a lot of recball I was 6'4" 170# and still destroying entire bags of Doritos in one sitting.

The weight gain is impressive, but I see it more as Lard getting to a passsble girth, instead of being some muscular monster.

I was often told in college my girth also made me quite passable. As in... Easily passed by
