Well his dad bought the TV so when they look up the receipt and see that his dad paid for it.............I digress, what I mean is the kids dad has paid for the TV and the kid comes into customer service ranting and raving. Haven't you ever seen that in a similar situation? I have and I would not blame a manager for ripping him a new one.
The fact is Pollard did not say he was not a fan if he didn't donate. That is a fact. He also addressed him with questions reflecting on the kids attitude or the way in which he was going about trying to bring change. Jamie pointed out, and I admit it was somewhat rudely, that this person had done nothing to assist in change or the success of the program. He also said his parents bought tickets then on the radio said they bought some outside. I would assume that means scalping. As far as the AD is concerned that is the same thing. The AD receives nothing off a ticket sold by a scalper.
Jamie could have been nicer about this however mr89ia had this coming whether it was right or not. He halfway threatened Jamie and was pretty offensive in general. If people wouldn't have put words into Jamies letter without them actually being there this would be a lot less of a deal.
