When it is nice, I wear brown or black dress shoes and slacks. When it is crappy, my work boots and jeans. If I am taking a customer out to dinner, depends on the location. The boots below are my absolute favorite work boots. So comfortable, I wore them all day on job sites in Cali and then caught a red-eye back to Des Moines (via Chicago) and wore these the whole time.

I wear normal dress shoes if the snow isn't too bad; if it is and I don't want cold feet all day I'll change into my work shoes once in the office, and wear boots through the parking lot.

Outside of work I have no fashion concerns for a few months if feet are dry...snow boots with jeans are fine and practical. Besides, Bean Boots (aka 'duck boots') are cool now!

I usually wear a waterproof hiking boot when there is too much snow or slush and dress shoes when there isn't. I don't bother changing because I am old and don't care what people think. I can always point out that I spend a lot of time on construction sites if anyone says anything. I used to have a pair of dress shoes under my desk but after not wearing them for a couple of years I got rid of them.

As far as snow boots go - Bogs all the way. I have never had cold wet feet since I started wearing them. When we were buying them every year for growing kids feet we found the knock offs at Fleet Farm perform pretty much just as well.
