My guess is its a smaller town if there is a road that long.
Just in the picture there are 50-75 very nice houses and a well maintained golf course. It doesn't seem like a very small town. I can't imagine it's a city smaller than 50,000 people.

I would be somewhat surprised if a City that large had subdivision regulations that allowed a road, either a cul-de-sac or dead end, to be that long.

Yeah, but I could see it in a place like Glen Oaks

West Des Moines would be one of the last cities I would guess to waiver from their regulations at allowing a road like that. I would of guessed something like the Harvester or Riverside, but neither of those are it.

Glen Oaks has some very long sections of unbroken residential road
