If Rodgers is willing to play on a vet minimum I don’t see the risk in signing him for one year. JJ McCarthy had to have a second surgery in November on his knee and has 1 preseason game of reps in the NFL. I don’t think it would be the worst thing in the world for him to sit and get actual practice reps for a year.

Not bad. Had pretty good production last year. Good size. Still pretty young. Feels like a nice counterpunch to Aaron Jones. Contract is cheap. If he comes in and wins the job, so much the better. I think it tips a bit of their hand on the draft, or at least their first pick anyway. Nick Emmanwori is an intriguing prospect at Safety. Over 6'3, 220lbs, runs a sub 4.4. I'd love to see how Flores could use someone like him.
I wouldn't go DT. They've got players that can cover it this year and with 4 draft picks trying to win, you gotta go with something else.
