@CoachHines3 I would like to make plans for a 4 day weekend but need to know if we are home or away November 8. Whatcha got?
I’d really like to make another trip to Tucson (just went for the WBB games last week) for a football game!

Big 12 Reveals 2024 Football Conference Schedule
Today, the Big 12 announced its first 16-team conference football schedule. The 2024 season will mark the debut of Arizona, Arizona State and Utah as Big 12 Conference members, and the return of Colorado to the league.
We have both AZ schools in Ames next year and play at AZ in 26 and at ASU in 27

We may do Cincy with a little bourbon trail sprinkled in.
Maybe an early or late one, but it would be hard to plan until after planting.
I could have theoretically done Iowa or Utah this past year, for example
More TV stuff to work out. Not the primary league and split between several partners makes it a pain.
They draft which weeks they get the 1st pick, 2nd pick, etc and get some input on which games go on which weekends.
Sounds like an absolute cluster.
Big 10 has more teams and more networks to satisfy and are able to be done by the beginning of December. Not buying that reasoning.
I got to wonder if there is more effort to but important or big games into weeks in which the Big 10 and SEC have weak slates.
The Big Ten is also in a much stronger position with their networks and has more teams that draw numbers.
The Networks are happy with any Ohio State, Michigan, Oregon, Penn State, USC game with a mid level (Washington, Nebraska, Michigan State, UCLA, Wisconsin, Iowa) and there are plenty of those to go around. The Big 12 doesn't have that luxury and it gets worse if Prime leaves.
