Anyone have an update on the guy injured on mat 8? It's been a logo for 10 minutes and he looked messed up. Had to be concussion or spine or something like that.
Looking at the backsides, Frost could have a match up with Nagao if he does not beat Chlebove (who is better than a 24 seed).
Ech could have CJ Composto, Swiderski could have Tyler Kasak. Feldkamp could have Heller who majored him earlier this year.
Hopefully we just don’t have to worry about it.

I dont think it should be a surprise, but there is a theme. Who's looked worst so far? Chittum, Gaitain, Frost... all freshman at first NCAAs. Who's looked best? Carr, Feldkamp, Echemendia... Ech the outlier there for NCAA experience but been in a college room for a long time.
Experience matters. Big time. The big thing will be how the young fellas respond on the backside where the lights arent as bright, but the points are super important!

Glaizer (Iowa) just lost to #26 seed in OT.
Probably not, but Cody has a really tough climb on the backside. He should win his next and then would have to face the loser of 2 AA's (Blockus vs Scott). If he somehow gets by there he'd probably get Downey or Andonian and THEN have to get through the bloodround.
Saw that injured guy was stretchered off. Hope he's ok. Looked bad in the moment.
