I’d push back pretty strongly on this however I agree this is a problem. The issue with your solution is the mindset of football players. They are going to want to stay on the field now knowing they are out for a possession which could take a minor injury and make it major or a major injury and make it catastrophic.

Especially because in your solution refs most likely wouldn’t be allowed to call TO for an injured player due to the swing nature of a decision like that.

If a player is on the ground unable to get up, the ref will have to blow their whistle. If the coach wants to use a timeout to get a guy back in the game, then allow that. But the idea that you can go down with cramps, stop the game and the offensive flow, pop back up and go back in after a play is leading to poor sportsmanship.

Arrowhead holds like 75k. Looks like there is about 15K there. Pathetic KU fans. And the announcer said they have a good crowd. LOL
