Curious as to why most of the recent JUCO guys lack a 247 composite ratings. Were they too late in the recruiting cycle discovery process and 247 (and other sites) won’t rate them as the books are closed so to speak or is 247 saying they don’t feel they are worthy of a rating?

The former.

These are guys that our staff identified based on certain criteria (all were underclassmen who would have been rated this fall), and the recruiting services have turned their time and attention to the Class of ‘23 and beyond.
