Sounds like Sherman was drunk and wrecked his car and left it. Walked to either his wife/ex-wife(?) place and tried to break in. Cops showed up and he was combative and they took him to the slammer and tested him for DUI.


One of the reports said he drove through a road construction site and nearly hit a few workers.

Fox's legal analyst was just on.
Apparently last year, he was deemed dangerous and his firearms were taken away.
Said if Sherman got thru the door, he could have been charged with a felony. On the other side of the door was his F.I.L. armed with a gun and pepper spray.
The analyst said the F.I.L. would have had reason to shoot him. If somehow the F.I.L. would have shot himself via accident/scuffle, Sherman would have been charged with murder.
