Same. It's what will make those future Super Bowls and National Championships so friggin fantastic, though.

At least the Twins gave us two World Series titles. The Clones and Vikes are playing hard to get.

It was just a tease as I was just 7 years old in 91 and barely remember it. Don't remember the 87 one at all.

I do think it's kind of funny seeing some folks in the Twitterverse already writing off the season basically due to one pitch that someone took yard. It's a marathon folks. If they are struggling at the end of April going into May, then I'll be nervous.

I remember watching game 7 on my parents basement TV so I could watch Gagne and Frank Viola lead the team with Kent Hrbek's "assistance". Then again watching Kirby go crazy and Morris's incredible game 7 pitching performance in 91

Guess which was at that game?
This guy.
I was 8 years old . Still have the Homer hanky and game tickets on my memoribilia shelf.

I was lucky enough to go to both the '87 and '91 series. In '87 I sent my money in early Sept. for the lottery. Turned out there were not enough believers, so all early birds got tickets. A whopping $640 for four lower deck tickets (for all four games). Best sporting event I have ever attended followed by our home fb win against the Fuskers in the mid '70s.

We went to a spring training game this year. Here are the most pertinent Twins-related statements from the women in my family.
12-year-old: The Twins have really good ice cream in Florida.
HS Junior: Max Kepler is so good-looking. Jason Castro is cute, too.
Wife: So is Brian Dozier.

Gibson and Pressley throwing a no-hitter into the 8th against the O's. Wow.
Sano went yard too.

I'll definitely always sign up for winning a series on the road. Starting pitching looks solid so far.

Time to see what Lance Lynn is all about. Gets to debut against a team he's familiar with and he gets to bat

3 games, and the starting pitchers have yet to give up a run. A good way to start!

After reviewing the box score for Gibby's game it seemed as though he was his typical infuriating self. Inconsistency has been game for so long. He just got some help from the bats that game. Hope he can finally get something figured out this year.

Ex-Twin Denard Span with gray in his beard. Made me feel old. Seems like just a few years ago he was the kid outfielder.

Love what our Starting Rotation has shown so far, still got things to work out in the bullpen but that isn't too surprising.

Keep those bats hot and have some people on base when we decide to slap those dingers and we could be 4-0 right now. Happy with what I've seen so far, and think we have the dudes to make some noise this year.
