Just got a smile thinking about our roster next year.

White
Ejim
Babb
Booker
Bubu
Railey (maybe)
Gibson
Sledge
Okoro
Niang
Long
Dorsey-Walker
McGee
Clyburn
Luscious

Of course there may be some attrition. But this roster is probably the most talented we've ever been.

I'm also really excited about next year's roster... I just wish we knew what was gonna happen in the off-season

Would be amazing
PG: Lucious, Palo, Sledge/Naz
SG: Babb, McGee, Okoro/Dorsey-walker
SF: Clyburn, Okoro
SF: Ejim, Booker/Niang
PF: White, Gibson, Niang/Booker/Railey

Wow, I would be fine with anyone through 2 deep on the floor. Will be a good year I think

Christopherson will be a huge loss. However, IF Royce White comes back we will be better next year. The pieces complement each other better. We will have a true point guard in Korie Lucious. We can move Babb from Small Forward to Shooing Guard where he belongs. We add a sensational Small Forward in Will Clyburn. Ejim is versatile. Royce White is already terrific but will have an off-season to concentrate on his free throw shooing and jump shot. Great depth all the way around. Go Cyclones!!!

I like that starting lineup except I honestly think Gibson will start instead of Ejim next year. He already has several times this year! And Gibson's ceiling is MUCH higher than Ejim's.

I really don't think either of our seniors could be considered HUGE losses this year. When both Allen and Christopherson aren't scoring, they really do nothing for our team. And in Allen's case, he'll shoot regardless if he's feeling it or not, which really just hurts the team. IMO Clyburn/Lucious > Allen/Scotty

Obviously you can't prove this until they actually play, but Lucious is the true PG we could use, and Clyburn seems like he's gonna be able to get his own shot whenever he wants, which is another thing this year's team needs.

We really need Lucious to be a stud next year. Not only for the benefit of the next year team's performance but also for his draft stock. If he gets drafted I believe it would help tremendously for future recruiting.

May the best hands win.

I really think McGee fills the SG losses and Babb will improve. Lucious at PG has got to be a plus. Then Clyburn gives a scorer that will thrive playing with RW. Of the Freshman I think Long has the least competition to make the rotation but Niang will be the guy that Fred plays the most.

Here's my Rotation
PG Lucious backed by Long (Palo to begin the year)
Wings McGee Clyburn w/ Babb off the bench, 2 FR as needed
Posts White Ejim w/ Niang, Gibson or Booker subbing based on need.

Until somebody takes over his role as the best lockdown defender on the team, I can't see anybody combining for more minutes at the 2/3 than Babb. My guess is he'll be our starter at the 2, and may slide over to the 3 at times to make room for McGee. McGee has accepted and excelled in his role off the bench this year. I can't imagine he'll have a problem with that on what may well be a better overall team next year. He seems to be all about winning, and all that it requires.

On the team next year, I don't think that there could be a "true" starting lineup, it could end up being like for certain teams these guys will start, and other times these guys will start.
Future is bright!
