I think that in 2011 ISU will go to the new 9 game conference schedule and the UNI game will be the one dropped. We most likely will never stop playing Iowa since it has become a yearly event in the state of Iowa. And it will be the second part of the home and home against Utah and Uconn. We played Uconn a few years back in Jack Trice, correct me if I am wrong but I believe the game in Storrs next year is the second part of that home and home. UNI will most likely be the easiest to drop IMO. But then again I don't know a lot about the scheduling process. Anywho back to work for me.

As of now, Colorado will still be a member of the Big 12 in 2011.

Too lazy to look it up, but didn't we learn that both Nebraska and Colorado will be leaving after next year? I know Colorado intended on staying for two years, but after everything settled out, I think they felt it was cleaner to move on.

My point wasn't just the schedule but the combination of the schedule and loss of starters. Point being we should come to the realization it may be a few more years before Rhoads really gets this thing going. If he is somehow able to pull out a bowl season out of the next two we should give him a lifetime contract.

Wow, I called it
