I get so upset watching that game. We had so many opprotunities in the redzone and didn't convert at all. Had we taken the lead in that game in the second half, the murmers around Kinnick would've been deafening.
I totally believe that Iowa is incapable shaking something like that off. I realize in '06 we blew a lead but, thanks to us taking a knee into halftime, we gave Iowa all the momentum coming out of the tunnel. The whole feel of that game changes if we punched it in ONE of those times in the 2nd half.
Also, at the time I was furious with the BigTen commentary!! They were sooo critical of every play we ran, every penalty we commited, etc. Looking back they may have been right on the money, but that kind of biased commentary is unneeded on t.v. IMO.
