didnt read all the other crap posted but my only advice for lifting is start out with lighter weight and work on your form then gradually increase the weight over a number of weeks. you will get strong faster and not look like a fool lifting a ton of weight but only with a tiny range of motion... -

if you want great seats in the GA outfield, get there about 3 hours early and wait in line (for first game of the day at 4pm). if you want the same seats for the second you probably wont be able to see the first game as they empty the stadium out after the first game. youll have to wait in...- bigredqb7
