    Thanks! I found this the other day too. I imagine it will be near this time as much as possible unless something crazy happens with tv. The tentative time for the ISU/KU game was 12:00 and the official time is 11:30 now so that is pretty close.

    We got our tickets direct from the box office, so that we would not have to pay fees. I have read the complaint from people about having to make the drive. I've read about hotel rates being jacked up. I've read about it making a long day if you drive to KC and back. I just wanted to weigh in...

    That is a great hotel, or at least I know it used to be. I had my prom at that hotel. It was the Adams Mark at that time. It is just a short walk across the George Brett Bridge.

    Those commercials are terrible. I wasn't trying to be a witch to anyone for commenting on the falsehood of that "sale", I just know that like me, you all payed for your tickets. I wanted to let everyone be aware that no one was getting the upper hand in this area now.

    Just to clarify Hen House has 4 dollars off at the American Royal. Apple Market, Price Chopper, Hyvee, and Sunfresh are all doing nothing of the sort. Price Chopper does promote tailgating, and college football by displaying Truman, Jay, and Willie in their ads and on their commercials.

    That happens with anything. I have gone to multiple concerts because of corporate ticket allotments. That differs greatly from general public sales discounts, especially of that magnitude.

    Where did you hear this? What KC area supermarkets? I live here, and we shop at multiple stores, and there is no ticket deal like that period. Who ever told you that lied to you.

    I already stated that. They play Pittsburgh State. The Chiefs will not be losing anything. The deal is with Arrowhead which is owned by Jackson County Missouri.
