    Bevins' most likely replacement

    Collin Bevins Leaving Iowa State

If true (and I'm sure it is) than that is a really tough loss. This kid was the one I was the most excited about from last years class long term

    OMG our young guards!

Good to see SDW play well and have some size to him. If he can play this year, it will definitely help the team out. With that said, we need to pump the brakes a bit (as some have said). There have been some big scorers in the CCL league's history that haven't translated to Big 12 play. Jon...

NBA: Should LeBron James be compared to Michael Jordan?

I would argue (and correctly I might add) that saying that Lebron doesn't have a good roster around him is more based on one game sample sizes than my comment that his roster is stacked. I mean the Heat have only made 3 straight NBA finals, won 27 straight games, and haven't lost back to back...

NBA: Should LeBron James be compared to Michael Jordan?

Just so I'm clear, is Lebrons surrounding roster talent still not very good?

That is pretty damn good. Did they have the rough as long as they generally do or was it more normal?

He's actually struggling with his swing but has gotten some breaks and been able to get up and down. I think he's one putted the last 6 holes (or so it seems) But that is what you have to do in the US Open

NBA: Should LeBron James be compared to Michael Jordan?

You are changing the topic. The topic was that Lebron James has a bad roster around him. I argued that it's an asinine statement seeing as he has the best roster around him and the last 3 years shows that. Others argued that Wade isn't what he use to be. I showed that everyone in the...

NBA: Should LeBron James be compared to Michael Jordan?

Lebron never failed at anything in his life until he was 23 or so, and even than he made it to the NBA finals and could use his poor supporting cast to fall back on. Jordan failed at an early age and was able to get a chip on his shoulder b/c of it. Failing is key to succeeding.

NBA: Should LeBron James be compared to Michael Jordan?

Parker has missed more games than Wade. He's been hampered by the hamstring off and on for months now. Parker in the finals so far. 13.3 ppg, 6.3 assists, 1.7 rebounds, 0.3 steals in 33 minutes Wade in the finals so far. 14.3 ppg, 4.3 assists, 1.3 rebounds, 1.7 steals in 34 minutes Parker...

NBA: Should LeBron James be compared to Michael Jordan?

Him being hurt doesn't mean the roster now stinks. All in all, the Heat are the healthiest team in the playoffs this year of the contenders. OKC, Chicago, GS, Indiana all had key injuries to studs. Parker is just as hurt as Wade.

NBA: Should LeBron James be compared to Michael Jordan?

That Sonics team couldn't beat the Spurs or last year OKC team IMO. I'd even take the Mavs over them but that's a close series. Ah maybe I'd take the Sonics. That's a good debate. I'm just very high on Nowtizki and Chandler being very underrated down low.

NBA: Should LeBron James be compared to Michael Jordan?

Dwayne Wade was one of 4 players that averaged 20+ points, 5+ rebounds, 5 + assists in the NBA this year (Lebron, Kobe, Westbrook are the others). He shot the highest FG% in his career this year and averaged 2 steals a game He very well may be hurt, but that doesn't change the ridiculous...

NBA: Should LeBron James be compared to Michael Jordan?

I disagree. NBA is better today. 90's had better big men but that's it. Guards are better and role players are better. IMO of course

NBA: Should LeBron James be compared to Michael Jordan?

Tell me how Duncan, Ginobli, and Parker have played the last 2 games. Role players have to step up anymore to help you win games. Role players are so much better in todays game. If you don't judge a roster off it's names and their career results, what do you? To say he doesn't have any help...

NBA: Should LeBron James be compared to Michael Jordan?

So Jordan's team of Scottie Pippen, Dennis Rodman, Toni Kukoc, Steve Kerr, and Ron Harper was less talented than Kobe's team of Pau Gasol, Lamar Odom, Derek Fisher, and Trevor Ariza?

NBA: Should LeBron James be compared to Michael Jordan?

They won 27 straight games. They haven't lost back to back games since....when? They are in the NBA Finals for the 3rd year in a row. They have the best player in the game and 3 for sure Hall of Famers (maybe 4 but I doubt it) Tell me again how the Heat roster isn't any good? That's a...
