The Officials sucked
You can argue that blatant pushoff and how it would have changed the game all day, but it doesn't change the fact that we lost. Good teams find a way to win even when stuff like that happens. Can't blame the refs for making AA overthrow ARob at the end of the game. -

The stadium holds almost 74,000, my estimate would have actual attendance ~40k. I would put ISU attendance ~20-25k. -

Good barbers in Ames?
Loved going to Monty's, especially since he is friends with a bunch of my dad's HS friends, and loved talking ISU with him... the guy has been there for 30 years and has seen it all. That said, hes barber skills are just average. My biggest complaint is that he doesn't wet down your hair before...- jtwilson

Hiawatha is a good guy and was regarded as the "funny man" of the FB team in his day. Yeah he sucked at VEISHEA, but I chilled with him at a friend's place one time and a few times at Paddys and he was a pretty funny guy. Hopefully he's improved in his 5 years, but I'll go either way to say hi... -
