My friend from HS was at that Nebraska game. He came back with one of the end zone pylons.Been helping my parents move out of their house that they have been in for 30+ years. This has resulted in some interesting finds. Here are a couple of them.
And I was with you!I was there and on the field

I have the Big Peach framed after that game.
I'd have to look, to see if I have one of those in my collection. but I remember that ticket design. I was certainly there.
I miss the Big Peach.I miss paper tickets. They were an easy thing to keep after a big game.

Same here. I have a collage of my favorite ticket stubs hanging in my man cave.I miss paper tickets. They were an easy thing to keep after a big game.
I was at the 1993 NCAAs. Probably have the same ticket stub in an unmarked tote in the basement of my parents’ house.Been helping my parents move out of their house that they have been in for 30+ years. This has resulted in some interesting finds. Here are a couple of them.

I miss the Big 8I’ve been at Ames & Lincoln to witness Cyclone wins, ditto vs Hawkeyes. Personally, Nebraska was the bigger rival due to being a national powerhouse and longtime conference foe. Hawkeyes were and continue to be overblown on a national level supported by a bizarre worshipful fan base. Truthfully, the demise of the old Big 8 with OU & NU being annually relevant in the Top 10 was the best for me and it’s been slowly downhill since. I have many artifacts from those years.
