There are a lot of references on hawk boards about how Ulis has “blown up” this summer and how some high majors were sniffing around. Meantime, his 247 composite dropped 64 places since 04/29.

The only reason anyone that is worth a **** were sniffing around is because they were wondering what stinks in this case it’s this Ulis kid

I have been reading on their boards what they think about the pickup. I honestly think they are confused by not having any black guys on their team. Almost all of them are saying he's athletic, when the scouting report from his coach says he's just an ok athlete. It's weird.
Everyone knows black athletes are athletic and white athletes are smart.

Look at everything prior to 2015. I wasn't being specific to Prohm.

2008: 0-2
2009: 0-1
2010: 0-3
2011: 0-2
2012: 0-2
2013: 0-0
2014: 0-0
2015: 0-2
2016: 1-1
2017: 0-0
2018: 1-1
2019: TBD

I just picked 2008 because it was 10 years before the last full class.

So for 200+ recruits on 247, from 2008 to now, we're hitting at 2-12, or 16%. Historically we get nothing long term from 200+ players. Hopefully Prohm continues a positive trend.

So you have to go back to 2012 to find the last time Iowa State missed on a sub 200 recruit? This isn't helping your case. Glad Prohm hasn't taken very many though and apparently can be trusted when he does. I'm pretty confident with Leech and especially so with Tre Jackson.

Btw, you have 2012 down as 0-2. The two sub 200 recruits in that class are Nkereuwem Okoro and a kid from Mississauga, Ontario by the name of Naz Long...

They were worried that a stiff breeze might blow him into oz
I am sure he grew 2-3" during his redshirt year. Something in the Iowa City water does that for the UofI basketball players.
