If they staff is holding a scholarship for THT, I'm sorry, that's just stupid.

Not sure why that is stupid. Sure it's nice to use all 13 scholarships- but most teams only play 7 or 8 kids- so players 9 to 13 are really practice bodies. So IMO it's hyperbole to characterize setting aside 1 scholarship for THT (or Wigginton) to return as stupid.

I think THT getting a combine invite is a great thing. He is going to get a really good idea where he stacks up against other players likely to be drafted. If he plays well- he stays in draft. If he doesn't- maybe he decides on another year of college.
