UCLA sure isn't the job it used to be. I would think Kruger would be the better fit for LA, but that's just my opinion.

Doesn't help that the Pac-12 is really struggling financially. An $8 million buyout that Dixon had should not prevent a 'blue-blood' from hiring them.

Rick Barnes and Lon Kruger are great coaches but why would you want to hire someone right now that’s 64 or 66?
They need energetic youth that can hit that coast hard.

Speaking of UCLA. I seen a rumor that former UCLA Commit and the youngest Ball Brother Lamelo committed to Iowa State. What's up with that?
His dad screwed him over for a few dollars. Kid should be on his way to UCLA on a full ride but now will end up hopefully at best the G League.

UCLA thinks they are a better job than they are. Arena is below average, Pacific standard time, nobody watches the PAC 12. If it weren't Bill Walton, I wouldn't watch any of it. The days of Kareem and Walton are over

UCLA is a great job. The arena was completely remodeled. I’ve been inside and they spared no expense. They have a new practice facility and the campus is in Beverly Hills. There are 18 million people within driving distance and 35 million in California.

I thought Hoiberg would have been a great choice.
