Also it is not clear if NCAA is going to do away with the 1 time D1 transfer rule.

Sounds like transfer rules within the conference are still in place. Or are subject to the individual conference.

   Is that legit? I haven't seen anything about the competition for redshirts for any sport other than Division I football.

   I was told that is what is being discussed for NCAA Wrestling don’t know when it will be applied or if it will approved for this season or not. More so just put it out there to see what people thought of it !
