He could probably get a starting role right off the bat and lots of playing time at a school like Nebraska. Pad his stats and then transfer to a real school. (Just joking folks.....or maybe not)Likely similar to how he transferred to a Prep School for his senior season of HS. The Valley bball team was stellar with or without him, so I don't think he really got to shine like he wanted.
I think your take is a really good one and probably pretty accurate. It would be significantly better for him to get some early playing time at a school like NT, then transfer to a bigger program as opposed to sitting on ISU's bench without any meaningful film to transfer out.
