After a couple of turns of Mohs Surgery and one wide local excision, I don't forget sunscreen anymore. I even try to keep some in my car.

In conclusion, wear sunscreen now so that you don't have to have these when you are my age.

Also, what's going on with the postal employee/bartender from Jaynesville. Some of us want the deets.

Note to self: make overdue appointment for dermo scan. Never found anything but if you make an appointment they to always have to fillet off a slice or two to exam. And usually from a spot on my back I cannot reach for "Apply some vaseline to this for next few days." Ah, I live alone so that ain't happening.

Take a washcloth, nail it to the wall, rub Vaseline on it and then rub your back on the vaselined washcloth.

You are welcome

I made mine the other day. 4.5 month wait for my dermatologist. I guess that's way better than the UK and France so there's that. And I don't think I have anything suspicious right now.

For the last year when I been stuck behind the vehicle doing 48 down the blacktop I tell myself it’s probably for the best because the old fart has slow reflexes. Then I pass them and it’s someone in their 20s. What’s the deal here? Why is it no longer the old people putzing down the road but the gen Zers now?

Mrs. Velo tried to set up an appointment about a week ago and they said they could get her in IN OCTOBER!

And this is our regularly dermatologist; we aren't new patients.

Bicycle. I’m looked at Treks. Like the hybrid type bikes that are kinda half road half mountain bike style.
I have a Trek hybrid that's been collecting dust in my garage for 20 years. I suppose some new tires and inner tubes would do the trick. More than happy to give it to you
