Yikes, is this tournament in danger of going away? That's a really bad field for next year.
Wonder if this is also a result of having such a strong field this year? A lot of the big names you see there often are there this year rather than spread out over several years.
I don't think so, and I sure hope not. It's by far my favorite "Feast Week" tournament that is played.
They usually have a really strong field every year though. I wonder if those new NIL tournaments will eventually lead to the demise. That would be a shame.

Going to need to be able to defend the perimeter without switching. Auburn killed Houston with the pick and roll by getting a guard defending their big man. Felt like during their comeback in the second half they just ran the same play over and over. Houston had no idea what to do about it. When they sagged off, that freshman guard nailed a 3. When they came up, he dumped it to the big man and he finished over the guard.
I think it’ll be an advantage to have tape of Auburn against a team that plays similar to us.
Yeah. We all know. It’s been reported everywhere (including here on 3 different threads). What’s not been reported much is that these guys aren’t contributors and won’t have an impact to how good Auburn will be.
